Parkour Class: Jumps and Freedom of Movement!
Have you ever dreamed of moving freely, overcoming obstacles, and feeling one with the city? A parkour class is not just a workout, it’s an art that connects the body and space.
In these sessions, you'll master the basics of parkour: from proper jump techniques and wall climbs to more advanced tricks and movements that will help you build strength, endurance, and coordination. We’ll work on improving flexibility, reflexes, and self-confidence. Each class is not just a physical challenge, but an opportunity to discover new ways of interacting with the world around you.
This class is perfect for both beginners and those with prior parkour experience. We start with simple exercises and gradually increase the difficulty so you can progress at your own pace. It’s not about speed; it’s about executing movements with precision and respecting your body.

Girls-1 Classes
Our Girls-1 classes teach the basics of gymnastics while improving strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, agility, confidence, and social skills for children of all ages and abilities. Girls work on all gymnastics events, including vault, floor, beam, and bars, as well as trampoline and foam pit. Gymnasts who master the skills of our Girls-1 program, show strong potential and interest in continuing in gymnastics, may be invited by their instructor to join Pre-team, Xcel Team, Trampoline and Tumbling Team, or our Junior Olympic Competitive Team Program. Age: 5+ years.
Class Length: 60 minutes with option of coming twice a week (two, 60-minute classes each week)

Preschool Classes
We have created this class to introduce your kids (ages 3-4) to the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and exciting way. Our classes are designed to develop and hone your child's motor skills and coordination through interactive game playing, beginning strength and endurance training and lots of fun designed specifically for the young mind. Come see what all the fun is about and watch your young ones benefit in ways you never imagined!

Mommy and Me
In this class our instructors work with parents as they guide their young child through obstacle courses, games, basic gymnastic skills, and other fun physical activities that keep the children actively learning while having fun! During class, students interact with each other, their parent, and their coach. They enjoy learning useful skills while increasing their fine motor skills, flexibility, spatial awareness, balance, coordination, self-confidence, self-discipline, and listening skills. Also students learn how to take turns, wait in line, dance, jump, climb, run, laugh, roll, and even sing. This class is held in our Gym, which is filled with specially-designed, "tot-sized" equipment, obstacle courses, Tumble Trak, foam pit, and dance floor.
Age: 24 months-3 years
Class Length: 45 minutes

Tumbling Classes
This class offers tumbling-specific training for cheerleaders, with the intention of developing and honing those skills necessary for cheer.
If you are a cheerleader, or trying out for cheer, make your first stop Yorba Linda Gymnastics Academy, where you will have fun and see your talents soar to new heights.

Boys Team
The goal of YLGA's Men's Gymnastics program is to bring our young athletes to their fullest potential in competitive gymnastics.
Our competitive team program puts an emphasis on discipline, perseverance, mental awareness, and team unity.
Our highly experienced coaching staff is dedicated to offer each gymnast the best professional instruction in competitive USA Gymnastics.
They are extremely passionate about their role in guiding gymnasts through training and helping them develop into strong, disciplined athletes both mentally and physically.
Our competitive boys team members practice 6-15 hours per week.
