Children can start gymnastics at different ages depending on the program. We offer preschool gymnastics and beginner classes designed for young children and different skill levels.

No previous gymnastics experience is required for beginner and recreational classes. Our coaches help students learn skills step by step in a safe and supportive environment.

Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows movement and flexibility. Leotards, shorts, leggings, and t-shirts are commonly worn during gymnastics classes.

Class sizes vary depending on the program and athlete level, but we focus on maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment where coaches can properly help students progress.

Many students attend gymnastics classes once or twice per week depending on their goals, schedule, and level of training experience.

Gymnastics helps children improve confidence, balance, flexibility, coordination, strength, focus, and overall athletic ability through structured movement and skill development.
